Clutter and Overwhelm Go Hand in Hand. If you’ve got clutter in your surroundings, you’ve got overwhelm somewhere in your life – I’ll bet money on it.
You are a product of your environment. That’s just the way it is. What’s going on in your home and workplace is a direct correlation of what’s going on in your life. My now retired husband of 40 years has started “collecting” travel souvenirs, most of which I hate. As this is his home as well as mine, I try to effectively wrangle some of his stuff, but it seems to be everywhere. Not all of it is FengShui friendly. Pirates–really? If there is a bare spot on the wall, he wants to cover it. I prefer a more clutter free environment. My office has a couple of nice prints on the wall, and he continues to bring home things that he deems just perfect for my office as well. I have tried to be diplomatic, but I am running out of patience and room. What do I do?

Be sure to place his lovely name in your helpful people box (the metal box in the front right-hand part of teh home or room) written like a little thank you note to the universe for helping to make your husband more helpful to you 🙂 A littel more fire in the fame and reputation (center back of home or room) with intentions of upping mutual respect might help as well!
