All the commercials on TV reminded me that this is the time of year for pondering a weight loss solution so I thought I’d share some tips from a feng shui point of view.
Remember, have an awesome “towards-motivated” goal (I want to stay fit so I can be more fit with the grandkids!”) and not just an “away from” goal (I DON’T want to be fat!) to ensure long term results!
